not necessarily. The physician I visited in the US would take whoever wants to get examed although the one you go to might not be so lax. CIC's website also mentioned that it can be an upfront exam if I remember correctly.

would an IELTS free draw guarantee a CSR significantly lower than the previous rounds? Any situations like this in 2017 or 2016?

I have asked for such letters before because I needed them to apply for visas to travel to other countries (I like to travel). You could simply say that you need it for visas without specifying that it is for Canadian immigration visa. It is their job to provide letters of employment but not...

Hey guys, I just entered the pool a few days ago. I'm at 441. Should I ask for my reference letters now (banks & employer) or wait till I get an ITA (hopefully soon if not this Wed)? I got pretty much everything else ready and was hoping to just upload everything as soon as I get my ITA.
