How long ago did you submit yours first time? Does it get returned around the same time AOR should be coming or does it take longer?

Someone on the Sept thread said they got an acknowledgement letter on the 20th!! Their app was received Sept 6! Not sure if they actually mean they got AOR, but holy cow that would be fast!

How long did it take everyone to be able to access ECAS? I was able to link my application last week but still no luck with ECAS.

I'm not totally sure about Securekey, as I used GCKey but I'm pretty sure you HAVE to log in to something in order to pay. Either way, you have to log in to either a GCKey or Securekey to link the application. Again, I didn't use a Securekey but I'm pretty sure you only need a Canadian bank...

People near the end of August still seem to be waiting on their AOR too, so I think we still have a week before we will hear anything. Mine was received on Sept 7, so we should be on the same timeline! Also, I was able to link my application last week but still no luck with ECAS...anyone else...

I was able to link my application just now!!! It was received in Mississauga on September 7th!! I used family name, given name, and DOB. I put a space where they asked for birth city selected a birth country, left passport info blank and put 1 for number of applicants (which is correct).

I got married July 23rd, requested it the following week and I'm still waiting. So it's been 6 weeks for me so far and no sign of it yet :/

Yeah, thanks everybody! I just don't want to have to wait the 13 weeks before I get it to submit my application! I guess I'll just see where I'm at with my application once my FBI clearance comes in next week and maybe submit it with the solemnization and maybe a print out of my bank statement...
