No, there is no clarification from anywhere. However, people are going to Nepal or Dubai to get it done.

Hi Everyone, I gave my biometric today in Canada (inland). Spouse is in India (outland) and the VFS is not providing appointment there. Is waiting the only option here? It will be very difficult for my spouse to travel to Dubai or Nepal to get the biometric done as I see some people are doing...
