    They asked me this form now! I received my aor on 12th Jan. Why would they ask for this form???

    Hi Peter, my timeline is applied on 4th Nov., got in processed on 26 Nov., and nominated on 18th Dec. I hope you get your nomination soon. I know it is such a stressful process....
