I checked a week back,..the DD has not been encashed..if they dont have any record of my file..i dont think they would encash my DD.

My application was received on 31 MAy. and i dropped them an email on 24 August. I am quite shocked to see that they dont have any knowledge on the same.

Hey AP_LOVELIFE, MELKOUK, i am just curious, why would a UK citizen apply for Canada PR? Your Economies/Cultures/weather are pretty much same and ur currency values more than that of CAD $. i must say am quite surprised. :)

Man all i can tell you right now is stay positive, i understand how hard it can be to wait when ppl who submitted file much later than you have already got PER. I am also in the queue. Hope it ends well

I really want to hope that all 300 have not received PERs yet as i am also waiting for PER. Nobody knows as of now if all 300 have received PERs or not. There are many forum members who applied in late May and early june who are still hoping for a good news. Fingers crossed.

I second that. Those might be authentic users, in that case CIC's process is seriously flawed. And as you said it could be somebody trying to make fun of hyper nerves of FSW applicants who are eagerly waiting for PERs.!!

After repeated attempts to get in touch with CIC for UCI, i dont have any update on my file. All i know is they have my file in their system and it was under review(somebody else called for my status, and couldn't get the UCI). I have also dropped an email to intake office but am yet to hear...
