there is no inland pnp option just choose the over seas pnp ... thats what i and others did

is it a visa debit ? u can use a visa debit to pay for stuff online i used it once to book a flight but i never used it to pay for CIC

choose the over seas PNP thats what i chose.... i had the same problem. Others called the call center and they told them to choose the overseas PNP.... its so confusing i know

The fee you paid in june is the HPM fee the 490$ fee is another one ( RPRF fee ) that you also need to pay in addition to the HPM fee.
