How late should we wait till we know for sure that there is no draw today?

If we are to expect back to back draws on November 1st and 8th with highter number of ITAs, then it is only a matter of three weeks till the 420s and 430s get ITAs. Feeling hopeful and positive at 431.

I am in the same boat as you with 431. Based on what i have read in this thread, there is an expected draw on November 8th, 2017 where we should make the cutoff.

Team, Just have a question regarding the police verification from USA. It came out fine as expected however; I stayed there for ten years and the FBI clearance does not specify the stay duration. Would that be an issue with CIC?
