Medicals don't impact the decision. Unless you have a very complicated medical issues. From my understanding its all based on course and the marks and banks statements and of course your statement.

i am not to sure because i provided my medical with my application.

i have also applied oct 30 at chandighar and it is still in processing- i have applied under NON SPP. The wait is very stressful. I am a little confused because lots of people are doing medicals after- I have done my medical with my application hopefully that is the way to do it.
