Same here Dec 2 nreceived application and the same issue with your photo specs dont worry everything will fine. I called cic they said let see what happen. its not advisable daw to submit a new photo specs. I talked to my friends they said photo specs changes last January 19, 2016.

hi i believed it depends to the officer who is handling your docs. i knew someone here that she submitted her application last October but until now she dont have a file number yet.
