Hello Egypt007 Welcome In , and it's very normal time frame for Ottawa office, prob 3 months after the approval of the application , I waited for 3 months after the test to get the Oath invitation, so relax it's on the way best of luck to get the Oath invitation very soon.

Hello elen!!!!! Yeah.... finally lol :) i told you you will get it next week Congratulations.. don't worry about the letter at all. In the worse case scenario if you don't get the letter by the 10th of Dec, then you Just show up the following day for you appointment with all your documents...

Hello tiarachel85 YES usually the test and Oath are both takes place at the same location The Ottawa Office is located on 200 Catherine St. Suite 101, Ottawa, ON, K2P 2K9 In-person by appointment only. Refugee claims can be made between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Good luck!

I think when you request your ATIP report you have 3 Options to select one of them regarding how would you like to receive the report it's either by mail(letter) or CD , or by Email Good luck!

I personally agree here about what depenabill is saying ......There is a very recent Federal Court decision regarding CIC's approach to deeming applications abandoned and terminating them so the officers were asked to CLOSE files for applicant's who are changing their ceremony dates or test...
