You consider yourself lucky if it's only 10 minutes lol , but sometimes it's worth it , in my case i called call center in the same day they mailed out a letter to me , so i found out about it before Ecase was updated like 4 days , the actual letter arrived like a week later.

I assume 2014 applications will be done faster, more likely applicants who applied in June considering some of the CIC offices already started working according to the new decision making model which was effective on august,so faster process , test/oath same day , Not sure about the Ottawa...
