It is just not 1-2 people I believe it is 80-20 rules of management which states 80% of the work is done by 20% and vice-versa. I am sure our files have been assigned to those 80 % slackers who are only 20 % efficient.

Of course you have to select options 1 1 2 3 <File number> 1 <DOB> 1 1 ... You will get what your representative sees..
