Don't .. you MUST read the book at least one time. There are some questions that are so obvious and easy so will not include in many of those tests.

If you read the book 3-4 times thats enough, they don't usually ask all the dates and ppl, only really important ones , but make sure you go through all the image captions too.. I found that you can answer more than 50% of questions even without reading the book. These are some links...
