I dont think they are issuing AORs at the moment, most from July 2019 are still waiting to get the AOR.

XEP is a temporary number and once the file is in process the X will drop and will start with EP which will be a permanent file number

Yes i did the same, just put the Exxx number and the automated systems tells you the date that they recd the file.

May be it means, that someone has just remotely checked our files and confirmed that they have received it but not assigned to any agent yet, or else it would have been an official AOR(just my thoughts).
