Even me i guess, i am alone on my file but with a non accompanying outland spouse, not sure if that will prolong the timeline for us. I hope it should not Fingers crossed

When there is too much workload on one office so they scatter the applications and assign it to different visa offices

Yes this generally happens when your visa processing office changes from sydney to MTL(in most cases) its from sydney to MTL

This is another level of crazyness and harrasement, why will they not check when they are issuing CSQs, this is never ending when you are in quebec

My lawyer told me that if i change the address to my country address, they will transfer the file to the visa office in my country and hence it will be considered as outland.
