I am currently at CRS 427 and SINP is not my first priority as there are not many job for my NOC code as compared to Ontario. I guess i need to take a call , as in case I re-create my EE profile and do not get a NOI from Ontario ,with tie -breaker rule in place I might loose direct ITA as well...

on the program update pages it is mentioned as : "the OINP will post on its website a program update informing stakeholders of the methodology used to issue NOIs." I guess they will publish the methodology as well along with criteria which would clear some of the doubts such as EE creation...

This is not interesting , as the people above 440 will get ITA directly very soon, OINP will have to target below CRS and not sure why they are not interested in people who have submitted profile earlier .
