I have applied on 17th of December 2014 still no updates..getting 'In Process' since october 2015..Applied for notes but didnt get any reply as well.

I have read in CIC that it ll take 26 months for processing...Are they gone nuts?? Please clear if i am wrong!! >:( ??? All the cases which r under process will also take 26 months or it is for new cases??
