i think the new request for authorisation letter with passport details is to ensure right passports are picked. the envelope from AVO was not addressed so it must have been compared with the letter presented by dhl.

Happy sunday all. I think AVO refreshed this weekend too as ECAS now showing decision made too while it was still in process on Friday. Expecting pickup mail now.

It does actually include visa, you did not finish the question which includes apart about whether it's temporary, visitor etc visas
