My mistake here for the confusion, i dint use the right word to the context! We donot need to send the old passport copies all pages when requested along with MR,PCC etc. At this stage its only for the new valid passport they request for all pages just to check the validity to see atleast 6...

As far as your first question, its normal to ask for passport photocopies of all pages (old and new ones as well). I did send for myself/Spouse and child with all pages including visa stampings etc for old and new passports. Its normal.

In general the trend in waiting period (Warsaw applicants!) for MR is approximately 57 days from AOR date... This is just a trend. The timeliens could actually differ case to case. Maybe they have a timeline of 60 days to close the case from receipt of file in Warsaw VO unless there is a reason...
