No it dont affect in getting pr. U cam even change college without any worries..its just a hoax created by agents as they get a lot of commision from our second fees paid they have kinda contract with agenta.i know this well as my relative too is an agent .

Lol i too want it.but i had no licence before ..i have applied for one but i wont be of use...but one of my frnd made his licence .he is in canada and he told his parents to make one for him last year i dont know how but they even got the issuance date altered..may they might have some...

Right now u shud not be choosy bout province etc you should look for suitable course be it in any college .some peeps because of going to a particular area or college choose unrealted courses.dont do like this.
