yes initially i thought is it some ghost update or PPR email :D

I am not much excited about it, because it will just display the last day for the 6 months timeframe from the day when you apply. Its applicable from 12th December, so i guess we need to wait 5 more days

Just wanted to know, do we get ghost updates before PPR email? Lot of people who posted PPR status got ghost updates

I am also in a same boat. I haven't ordered GCMS notes yet for mine,but called CIC and agent told me same thing as yours I am really worried how much time its gonna take

Yeah I can understand, but only thing we can do is wait. Every time i call them they say background check in progress. Dont knw how much time is required for background check, its already in 5th month now

I believe its ip2. when i checked my cic online it says Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information

my case seems pretty straight forward. Uploaded all the documents which are required

will that go longer than 6 months? now already i m in 5th month

They just told me that your eligibility is about to finish. My criminality check was started on 22nd August and its still in progress. Security check not started. Does that mean that after completing my criminality check they will start security check and then i will get PPR
