If outside the UK, PCC is valid indefinitely after the creation date and as long as you do not return to the UK. If you still live in the UK Your UK PCC is still valid as you've not visited the UK since the creation date

Scores will definitely drop by year end as well as increased number of ITA. Any score from 420 and above will definitely get an ITA in 2018. Just a matter of time.

I'm more interested in the number of ITA that will be issued today than the CRS. If it hits 3000, then I expect the CRS to drop considerably to the lower 420's by February

Relax. Your ITA is coming max 2-3 more draws this year

UK PCC's only have date of creation. Therefore any stay being checked should be for period on / before the creation date.

If you can improve your ielts or get a French language certificate, please do so. But 432 stands a good chance of getting ITA or even a PNP from Ontario.
