i think this shows the initial application place. we all applied in Sydney and they received and put our status in AOR. I believe they then send the applications to your city, and they let us know that it is in progress. then they check if you qualify and hence give you a test date in the city...

in ottawa, no one received ip for anyone after aor date of october 12. in our case, we received aor on october 17th and still no IP :(

i hoope you get your IP status soon, but lots of GTA applicants became in progress. some from even brampton.

well that was a joke.. but the application needs to be physically sent from sydney (where the acknowledgement happens and status changes to AOR) to ottawa. It will be via mail.so it can technically happen. i hope we start receiving our IP soon! even october applicants started getting theirs...

except that after october 12th no one got ip !

@joe.cheer anything in your application? we both same day from ottawa. it has been three weeks since we got AOR and still not IP. I am starting to think, they last our applications in the post :/

We received the email on the 17th around 9pm ish. but the website says they acknowledged on the 18th of october. that's odd! also can anyone please update me on the sheet? aor received on 17th thanks

i was just curious about the same question! but it looks like it takes about 35-45 days on average. so just a few more and hopefully we will see some aor here!

yes thank you. i also actually called cic. so they are interested in the years after he becomes pr. for taxes, i only need to add 2013 and onwards as you have mentioned. their wording is odd in there though. "partial" tax years sounds funny. it is however for people who ended up living outside...

how can 2017 be partial? it is not even in the taxes list. so if 2013 is counted as partial, then he has 2016, 2015 and 2014 full and 2013 half, which means 3.5 years only. I am quite at a lost. do we need to add 2012 and 2011 to the list too? Does anybody in here use 4 full years if so how? We...

I think they will also be swamped after 3/5. There will be so many more applications.

I confirmed all the dates with passport and the flight tickets. I also used the online calculator they have and read all the requirements about how to fill it. So I am pretty confident with his days.
