As u have sponsored ur partner .. And its ur responsibiltiy to support him/her when arrived... that's y they are concerned that how u will support him/her if u r unemployed ... So tell them honestly how you have planned things once ur partner arrives.. I would say tell them truth but same time...

Its ok well done ... these days they take picture and dont ask us to bring ... tehre is no need for any other slip or anything .. if u hhave seen on the document which was emailed by cic for remed have certain number ... delhi office will track ur wife's medical by that number so u dont needs...
