I called CIC and they just calculate date of dispatch as per processing times !!! I am firm believer now that Canadian govt. has outsourced this card making process to INdia or China, otherwise this card just taked 10 minutes to print and load info in it. Peter

Sorry to hear this !!! You can only appeal in immigration court against your decision using a lawyer. Once cic makes a decision they will not entertain any updated reference letters or documents. Better to take advice of a good immigration lawyer and or reapply with your updated letter. (Appeal...

Enquired and Travel document is taking 4-6 weeks, if somebody wants to travel without a PR card.
