I sent them a note saying I sent the PCC by mail and requesting a confirmation that it was added to my file. Got a reply after 3 days confirming the documents were added to my file.

Tonight.

None of us who got RPRF on 6/7-Nov, have reported to have received PPRs or their E-CAS changed to 'In process'. So I guess they are still processing the last batch (RPRF 28-Oct)

Definitely! I believe RPRF means eligibility cleared.

Exactly same situation with me. I was waiting for their request too, but now planning to send the PCC anyway. I would like to avoid unnecessary delays.

Got RPRF today. Paid and sent the receipt immediately. Please update the sheet.

Since there is a high probability of getting RPRF in the last week of November, I wonder whether I should send my PCC upfront (to minimize the overall processing time) or wait for CIC to ask me for it.

Hey Guys, my ECAS was updated today that 'Medical results have been received'. 8) I had done my medicals last year before coming to Canada. Such a relief and so good to see that CIC remembers me! :-*

It's always better to apply asap. However, I doubt you will get any different answer on all the other threads. Nobody can predict, but you can see the trend and decide it yourself. This may help -...

I sent mine with the details on the last page only. Doesn't matter if you include those on every page, they just need that information in your letter.

I agree about Canada Post. I recently sent an "express" post to Ottawa which was supposed to be delivered in 3 business days. The online status shows they tried to deliver on Friday at 11 AM and the business was closed!! The second delivery attempt was made on Monday at 5:40 PM. Once again...
