thanks. it seems 20 July is as per expiry date of medical exam. However the information letter says that the letter is valid for 1 year and can be used for getting government benefits. Not sure if COPR hard copy will be sent separately in mail or along with PR card. Good luck to you as well...

Hi @kluthra, Since Dec 01 2018, WES is accepting documents from University directly. Most likely you need to get transcripts again using current WES reference number and University will send it directly to WES via speed post (unfortunately currently they do not do express shipping). Good luck !!
