dear does this apply to MI1 applicants ? as only MI1 are not getting medicals or pp stamped others all are getting flooded with visas. so i dont believe it much.

can you please tell me in what difference you noticed in your first and second caips notes from third report? was your BFD different in those 1st and 2 nd report? and also tell me what is your in process date? and i think MPR is medical process ready.
