Did it use to cost $5 for GCMS notes online? I remember paying $5 dollar last month, but when I tried to do it tonight, it did not ask me to pay. Also, where can we go to track the status of the GCMS notes?

If you live in Canada, you should be able to get it from your local police station. I live in Toronto, last time when I got it, it took about a week. You can even request it online and just pick it up when it's ready. Google it and see which police station offers this service.

Which documents did they request if you don't mind me asking?

Based on my understanding, you would definitely qualify for EE, especially since you can get a closed Work Permit, which requires LMIA. After you speak with the lawyer, apply for EE asap, you might get your PR in just a few months. Let us know what the lawyer says. Wish you all the best!

To get a 2nd Bridging WP right away. If I was refused, I should still be able to enter Canada with my current work permit, and wait for my online work permit application to be processed. Does it make sense? Or is it too risky?
