Not in all cases. If what you sent cannot be determined to have come directly from the issuing institution, given time, they would resort to other verification means.

For those of us who got aor 2 on may 16th for documents delivered on 12,13 -14th April, what is your expected ECA date? I would be guessing July 3rd or 4th. What is your guess? I am just trying to water down the tension of waiting and not knowing anything. Maybe before we even finish guessing...

That was the exact date I got my AOR2 for documents delivered on the 13th of April, 2018. I am still expecting ECA, but I should think it is near.

I think I know someone who has. He is not on this forum. Just go to the website, send an email to the address for refund, stating your reference number and every other thing they ask you, and you will get it within a week. It is a simple process.
