in my case I didn't, cos I didn't receive my certificate by the time of submitting eAPR , tho , I signed and scanned the schedule4 upfront with the LOE. hope they don't ADR me :)

definitely IP2 cos : meds passed and We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information. you surely missed the NA2 after medicals

hummm, guys, for eAPR, I uploaded the same photo ID I used for oinp nomination, means : a scanned photo ID & the back, with name & dob it's a 300dpi scanned pic , omg , do I have to worry ? am paniking !!!!
