It looks like the medical team atleast whos reviewing my medical is in the Manilla, philipines office. I think the NS office dont have a medical team at their office so...

Really? How did you resolve it? I mailed the information sheet that the doctor printed off to them in November. But the call center agent still stated that they dont have my medicals in the system.
