Need ur advice. What if my experience was gained before my education. I mean i worked first and then i study in college. Will they accept it?

In my lmo do i have to show that i was out of country? And i am not yet sure if my boss will applt for lmo? Is that difficult process? As i know, it is not necessery to advertise the position anymore. Any other challenges for bosses?

So that means i can apply to extend my work permit, if i show that i was out of country due to my pregnancy? Or i still need to get lmo first and then apply for extension? Do u have any official emails of Cic to ask these questions?

One more thing. Can I extend my pgwp, if i havent used it. I got it on june 2012, and left the cou try due to my pregnancy. And came to Canada on april 2014.so i have lost almost 2 years. Can i extend it?

So first i have to apply for extension of work permit then for lmo? And one more think. I know that extension of work permit could be max 4 years. I got 3 years pgwp. But i got pregnant and didnt work and left Canada. CIC will take it into account and extend my work permit or not?

Here is the case. person's pgwp will expire in December. but he will get 12 month work experience in January. So before january he cannot apply for cec and brindging work permit. Can he apply for lmo? Processing times for it is 8-12 weeks, be under implied status, get his 12 month work...

hi, my friend has following case: he has two jobs- full time-30 hours (NOC A) and part time (20 hours, NOC C). Is he still eligible to apply for CEC or he needs to quit his part time as it is NOC C? Thanks
