one more question. My sons passport was expired on February, when I submitted docs on August I wrote on cover letter that we will send the new one letter. No we didn't get any news since PER. do I have to send them copy of new passport or we should wait until their updates.

Got my PER yesterday. CC was used on Nov. 21. So what is next step and how long it usually takes?

Thanks for your explanation. in my case my CC was charged and I am waiting for PER. How big are chances to get NER instead of Per, if the CC already has beed charged? and, above was mentioned that someone was charged and then got his docs back? What was the reason? and did he get his money back?
