As per Geverok, her cc was stolen so what she did that I can remember from her previous post, she sent another fee form indicating the new details of her card. She sent also a cover letter explaining what had happened. I hope this helps.

I am pre 2008 and my file was terminated and returned my fees. However I have my file number that time but I didn't write in the Form Generic. Do that file number still valid to check any connection of my application now. What do you think?
