As per the spreadsheet, only one applicant has applied with NOC 3216. His profile name is "ttt" and belongs to Vienna Visa Office. He submitted his application on 16-10-2014 and is waiting for PPR after his MR and RPRF since 21-05-2015. Hope this helps. Regards,
