Has anyone heard from the Calgary office processing application? I submitted fingerprints December 2020, since then I've heard nothing. It say however that my background was completed but everything else is still in progress. Do you think its worth asking whats up using the web form or no point...

The new Ecas is no better than the old one IMO. Says in progress for everything except background check but no specific details on the progress or any time estimation. What's the point even?

Did fingerprints in December, still no bloody test invite. Was hoping to have this all done and dusted before the end of November but doesn't seem too likely. ughh.

What exactly is GCMS and how can I get this information for my application? Also how do you know which office is processing your application? I haven't recevied anything which tells me this.. I'm from Calgary but when I submitted fingerprints it was addressed to vancouver.

but what about on the website it states "If your work permit expires before IRCC processes their application, you can continue to work in Canada until you receive a decision on your application to remove medical conditions."? Won't they be giving a new expiry in this case?
