Thanks. I did call them, rather I have called them thrice since 4th March :p But now I ‘m strangely calm. :)

I cannot until I receive my GCMS, for which I applied only yesterday. I’ll now wait for those to arrive. For the second part, I hope thats the case here.

Not in regrards of eligibility. I showed funds quite more than required for single applicant, though major portion is in Fixed deposits and rest in my account that I use regularly. Attached a lot for my experience proof as well. Only gcms notes could clear. But I do have 2 previous rejections...

Even for those living in Canada it takes about a month only. On my Study visa refusal, my sister applied on my behalf and took a month then as well. But didn’t want to bother them now, so applied through getgcms.

Yes I applied for gcms just today. Guess I’ll have to wait for a month for notesas well. Nothing I can do in the mean time.

@SithLord You seem to be very active on this forum, do you have any idea how long eligibility under review takes? Since Ip2 on 2nd march, my status is same. I have seen most of September applicants that are still stuck have eligibility under review and security not started.

Nobody cared to update after :confused: But this is a technical issue I’m not even thinking it as a positive thinkg but rather a negative one as they won’t be able to work on our cases until this is fixed!! :(

I have checked this forum and there have been problems with the servers earlier also and lasted for even upto 2 days.

I feel the same. I doubt that my application is under some review required. The agent mentioned something about eligibility and review, I can’t recall if he specifically mentioned review required. This wait is indeed killing me now. :confused:

I had a thought today! If I keep calling CIC every day. Will they block my number ? :D:p PS: Just a thought. Not that I’m really going to. But who knows:rolleyes:

Your application number is really important. UCI isn’t much important but can ask you that. Rest is the information about you, like your DOB, address, full name etc.

This is the number every one calls. But you must be calling at their busy hours. Try calling at their start of the day. I’m not sure if its 8 or 8:30. But I have called around 930 and managed to get through the call with 18-20 minutes wait time.

Where it now shows “submitted” in ‘Current status’ column.

I have tried calling at 830 PST but never got through. Try calling after 9 PM IST. I called this time twice and it got connected both time. If it says busy. Try after 10-15 minutes.

Eligibility status is never reflected on profile. Once the application is approved or after COPR, the status gets updated to "Your eligibility has been reviewed, check final decision" something like this. P.S: I have learned about from google. I might be wrong
