There is a special species in CIO Sydney, NS called CB01126. This great person is showing his/her importance to ministry of immigration by (pretending) tough scrutiny (sitting over) of files for more than 6 months. I am not sure how many of us stuck in his/her desktop

I got it confirmed from one of the immigration officer that CB01126 is agent code (not the department code)

I have exact same situation like you except AOR 29th Jan. The last update in my file was 5th April 2019 when I paid RPRF on request. After that it was sent to CB01126 for review of POF. Since then CB01126 is sitting over it. I have made all attempt to reach out to them through phone, web form...
