I called the finger print office and they told me that I can go now without the letter and they need 2 pieces of ID only. Do you think that right?

Hi Guys, I spoke with the call center today and they told me that the correspondance which sent to me on APR 15th is for finger print request. Do you guys advise me to proceed with the finger print? or wait until I receive the actual letter by mail? thanks on advance for answering me.

Can anyone let me know if this is something should be received by mail or email?

I got the same yesterday, but nothing mentioned in my wife online status or my daughter.

I sent a letter questioning my application status on Nov 2018, and they replied by letter on Jan 2019 stating that they returned the application.

Application #1 sent may 17th, 2018 Application #2 sent Jan 19th, 2019 (urgent processing) Web Form#1 sent Web Form#2 sent more than 10 calls nothing until now, not even AOR. I'm sick and tired of that.
