I just recieved my Medical Request from New Delhi Visa office...The y are asking to pay RPRF also which I already paid with processing fees. Do i need to check regarding this with Visa office...?

My time line.... File recieved CIO May 28th. Got EP/UCI July 29th. ECAS status to In process on Aug 8th. Got acknowledgement from Delhi VO on Aug 12th.

Just recieved an email from Delhi VO that they recieved my application and also mentioned that "the results of the evaluation of your application within 6 months".

Can any one please clarify ECA(Educational Credential Assessment) is mandatory in CANADA to get a job? I am sorry, its not a topic related question, but if its really required we have to process it before reaching CANADA(meanwhile PR processing).
