Malaysia PCC is called "Certificate of Good Conduct", and you can apply for it online through this link and follow their instructions: https://ekonsular.kln.gov.my/ It takes around 2 weeks for approval. Good luck.

This leaves us with two possibilities: 1. Only selected applications have paper files at LVOs (not sure what would be the criteria). 2. Or, your paper file still to be created.

So, it's not for all applications... Hopefully, there is nothing wrong with my file that will make the process slower :( I submitted ADR for PCCs in October, and updated PoF through CSE in December... I might have the paper file because of that.

I believe that part of the PNP application process, applicants have to show intention to reside in the province.... If after you land and become PR, you move directly to another province, I think that could be considered as misrepresentation, which (if convicted) may lead to cancel your PR...
