Ok now i get your problem. Do one thing, submit the form online, then take the printout... dont make any payment online, go to the PSK with the form, pay at the PSK, get your PCC... ;)

Buddy,take the appointment for any day... it can be two months from now... make the payment for the selected appointment date.... Take a print of the application form, and go to the psk the next day... for PCC they do not check the appointment date... its a rule for minors and PCC, no...

You can check if your fees has been accepted by CIC. If it was DD, check with the bank. If it was CC and you got a message that the fees was deducted, then sit back and wait a while... you most porbably will be in... Please share your complete details
