Draw number 59(April 12th) happened quite late in the day, sometime like 4 or 5 pm CST. So, still scope for having draw today. Though it looks a little unlikely.

I have no idea why you think your Father's brother can fetch you 15 points, when he cant. He can help you get you to 67 points in the FSW eligibility criteria, if that is what you are talking about. But he has no influence on your EE CRS scores with the post June 6th changes.

Points are only for siblings, no uncles can fetch you points.

Well if the pool snapshot has been taken on April 20th, it does mean the draw is happening this wednesday, which will be unprecedented, but it has been so for a while. So, we will know tomorrow if your sources are reliable or not.
