Thats wrong, you cant send passport to any where other than mentioned in the letter. In Canada the only place that visa is issued is from ottawa

probably CIC will ask you to send updated passport. so try to get new one and update your PR with new using webform.

nope nothing changed

you need to submit webform stating adding family member with birth certificate. this does not effect your waiting time.

yes, rules have been changed, now you can only able to get closed at the boarder. If you want to apply for bridging you need to apply online

if you check the processing time recently. its 50 days and below that it says working on October 18th applications, which is update on December 10th. Probably you will hear in this week or at least next week. don't worry you will get it
