I really hope it's just a minor thing and that they will check and release it ASAP... is there anything we can do proactively? I mean, I'm not sure what other documents I can send to prove I was in that company for more than 3 years and that I was performing those duties on the letter... my boss...

Got in touch with an analyst through the telephone... he was very kind but unfortunately he couldn't say much... he only told me that they were reviewing the eligibility and that was pretty normal even with the 25 days to the 6 months deadline...

Calling immigration is such a pain... it takes 6 minutes to get to the "speak to an agent" and then you hear that they are all busy......

It's because of the NOC... At first, the consultant office that's helping me suggested a NOC but I wasn't really sure if that was the correct one so we've changed later on to a better one. The notes mention the letter correcting the NOC but what I find weird is that at the moment they are not...

I have a brother living in Toronto and I "used" the sibling extra points giving out his information, to receive the ITA. I've provided his leasing contract, PR card, phone bill and also his birth certificate... I think that pretty much confirmed he's my brother and living in Canada...

I have a more technical question regarding the profile in the CIC. Is there any risk in accessing the information there and "damaging" anything? Like documents that have already been sent? I have clicked on the View submitted profile and I see lots of files there with the "Provided" text by it's...

Hmm ok, so there's no point visiting my profile everyday to check on updated status... I should just wait for the email...

Does your profile in CIC change in any way? What do you see when you go in there? Still "In progress"?
