    My program does not require a IELTS or medical upfront and we do not need to enter pool either. I guess you are in Express Entry.

    I did’t say upfront does not work, but it has a chance to mess up with application like the guy above: MR comes after upfront.

    I do not know who told you about this... I just follow cic website, upfront should be done before submitting application, otherwise, I would just wait for the MR...

    Im feb too. NO MR yet. If landing interview, then no need to go to the border for landing. That’s the only difference.

    I got my note for info on mid march, it is said nothing has been started only criminality is in process. Not sure if I had any update in the note now. btw, My file was transferred to LVO in early Apr too. lets keep updated.

    I am from Feb 2018, No MR yet. But I am not gonna do upfront. I think this will mess up my application. Its been 15 months already.
