Hey guys!! Yes I do have a file number/ UCI # that I got emailed with the approval letter from CIC-M. I am sponsoring my husband. and from what I heard that file number I already have is for me. My husband should get an email from DAMASCUS stating the new # is that true?? I dunno. HOw do I know...

My hubbyy still didnt receive File Number from Damascus yet...our file has been in process for one month...Should he call and inquire>?? do you think they would help us? Or should we just wait? Whats ur experience and advice?? Thanks!! :):)

Hey guys...is it true that that application number we receive in the sponsor approval email is the sponsors # and not the actual File number of the application for PR of spouse? I am confused now. And how do I know if Syria Received the application from CIC-M>??

Thanks for the reply you guys!! But can't he get a temporary PR card and leave, what if he cant wait the 2 months due to work obligations abroad and must leave after 3weeks of landing in Canada?!? Im so stressed out now da5eeel allah :( Is it 2 months to get the PR card?

Hey every one... Mine said Sponsorship " Decision Made" and for PR status it says " Application Received" ...It doesn't say IN PROCESS or Medical Results received...Is that normal?? They received the PR app. at VO on Nov 24?!?!

Honestly I would not worry about it...because I have so many friends that applied while they were students with no jobs or the ones that did worked part time and the salary was very low,,, as long as they seen that u "were" working and you are capable in the future to support your spouse you...

So you quit your job? I don't think it matters, I believe you just have to show them that you are/ will be able to support you and your spouse ....I am thinking of resigning from my job soon as well, even during the PR process... I hope its not a bad decision :( omggg

So you are the sponsor and you are not working?? Is this change recent, were u working from before ( whenu first sent ur PR sponsorship application?) I thought there is no minimum financial requirement!?!?
