No it is not out as yet as the same was delayed due to holidays. Even the sms is not helping. The reply that i get everytime is " sorry, the details do not match our records".

yes, i forgot the id of the member but he tried this and his documents were accepted by the cic & his new card was charged. I have already sent the revised documents.
