My status changed probably after a week....when did they receive it?

Awww so sorry to hear abt it....i feel sad just thinking of my husband not being with me n u are away from ur family.....it must b really hard....i hope n pray that u will b reunited with them soon...best wishes n dont be disheartened...stay strong n positive

mi Nahhh no updates...i guess they are going to take few weeks at least.....so I m trying n acting patient...even though I check the status thousands of time...it is just a relief that they received the passport....maybe ur ppr is on the way aswell...it is certain that they are going to ask for...

i sent my passport from USA...and I used DHL...was worried that it won't reach ND but thankfully it did.....

I got a news....my ecas has been updated....it says in process...n when I click it, it says we started processing application on may 5

Did u get the ppr request yet....i hope everything will work out in ur end too..n actually I wish everyone good luck.....in my case my husband visits me every 2 months or so but still.its not the same....going shopping together....laundry together....knowing that ur better half is next to u is...

I believe they should have my passport by now....hopefully they will get to look into it asap..... More than stepping in canada, beginning of new life is making me excited......if not I feel like I am dating my husband lol.....dont really feel.married hahaha

No where in my ecas or the letter I received says "in process." even the letter I got says : In order to expedite the processing of your application, we are requesting that you provide the following as soon as possible: * payment of your right of permanent resident fee to our office. *...

Do they update it to "in process"?my just shows medical received n no updates after that.

I had such a dillema too...i live in us...not indian but nepalese n didnt know if I should b sending my passports or not....i thought maybe I should go back to nepal....but then again I thought of taking a risk n sending my passport....i was tracking dhl n it says passport delivered...so...

I m an applicant....n we both didnt receive any mail.....i just received a registered mail....asking for landing fee....police clerance n passport....

I m in USA...I am an applicant n I received the letter with the request to send landing fees, police clearance n passport on I think 12 of April n it was the same day they updated my Ecas saying medical has been received!!!

How did u know that ur passport has been received by vo?do they update that information on Ecas...
